Hey Guys & Gals...
Now for those of you who know me you will be well aware that I love to try out a new fitness class when it comes my way, but on a slightly ( massive) hungover Saturday morning pottering down London's North End Road you could say I wasn't exactly feeling it !!!.
However, never one to be defeated I pushed through and sought out the new secret and hidden treasure that is PHIIT London.
Behind the barrow boys of tumbling fresh fruit and veg you squeeze into the basement of the not so glamorous sounding "Shopping Centre Basement" and find yourself in the haven of PHITT.
This tiny little gem of a studio may be small, but as we all know beautiful things come in small packages and that it certainly is. With accent hints of Tiffany Blue and a super cool american instructor I felt like I had been whipped off the streets of New York into a new little slice of heaven.
