The summer holiday may be a distant memory for most of us and as I sit here writing this gazing into the 4.30pm pitch black street it is hard to believe we will ever have those flip flops on the tootsies again...
But today something AMAZING happened... I worked out in the sunshine with my shades in the open air and it felt INCREDIBLE. As you wizz up in the lift to the third floor of a rather unassuming building my heart felt the most excited it has all month ( it is December after all) to see a sun flooded fitness playground.
